Pre-Orders
PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available in physical stock and awaiting production.
Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which requires a down payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product. Please refer to the campaign or product page to view the estimated timeline for receiving of items.
Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our clients.
Electronic Communications
By using this Website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the User hereby agrees and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication complies with all legal criteria, including but not limited to the criteria that communications like these ought to be written.
Website
The Provider shall not be liable for any external, third-party links that might be provided, at any point of time either present or future, in the Website and any product or service bought or wrongful information obtained from these external, third-party links featured on the Website is at the User’s risk. The Website must not be held liable or responsible, under any circumstances for anything associated with third party websites that may appear on the Website.
The User, therefore, acknowledges and agrees that the Website shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused that may be associated with access or use of any content or features from websites like these.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may be in consequence of inadequate virus protection software installed or downloaded by the User on his/her electronic device.
Products
Additionally, the Provider will not be held liable or responsible, under any circumstances for anything associated with the usage of the products by the User.
The User by ordering products from the Provider, therefore, acknowledges and agrees that the Provider shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, injury or loss caused that may be associated with use of the goods. For clarification purposes, the Provider will, under no circumstances whatsoever, be liable in the event that the User has had an allergic reaction or other health defect from the consumption of the products supplied by the Provider. The User acknowledges to compensate the Provider for any damages or losses that may occur during his/her usage of the Website.
Updating of the Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves the rights to change, adjust, add, insert or remove from parts or the whole of the Terms and Conditions periodically. Anything adjusted to the Terms and Conditions will become effective after the adjustment has been published and made public to this Website. It is the User’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time at the Website for modifications and adjustments. The User’s continued use of this Website following the publishing of modifications and adjustments will be considered as the User’s explicit acceptance to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, including such modifications and adjustments.
Return and Refund Policy
Overview of Return and Refund Policy.
If the User is not satisfied with the quality of the products he/she has received, the User should get in touch within 7 days after receipt of the product(s) (Contact Information are provided below) and if the Provider is satisfied that the User’s issue is accurate and the evidence is adequate, it will provide a full refund to the User.
Reporting of a problem or issue with an order
Correspondingly, if there is a problem with the User’s order (e.g. a quality error or a delivery issue) that the User cannot resolve himself/herself, and he/she wants to contact the Provider using the information included below, he/she should also include the following:
- Order ID
- The description of the issue
- Photos of the issue (mandatory for evidence purposes)
If the User’s claim is validated by the Provider’s quality assurance team, the Provider will send the User a different product of the same type to the User as quickly as possible or offer a full refund for the defective order.
Defective, faulty or damaged products
If the User receives defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product and wants to submit a new order, the Provider will cover the costs of the new order.
Wrong address
If the User provides an address that is considered insufficient or wrong by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Provider. If the User wants to submit a new order with an updated address, the User will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed
Additionally, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Provider. If the User wants to submit a new order, the User will be liable for the costs of the new order.
